Cristiano Ronaldo has a very busy life compared to other people in the world, and one of his main priorities in life is his health. The Portuguse striker continues to shine on the pitch with great performances for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League at 39 years old, but his recovery is as important as his performances. In an Instagram broadcast, Ronaldo revealed what bothers him and said that he doesn’t like being called late at night. CR7 said, ” After 10 o’clock at night, I don’t like anyone calling me.” Ronaldo likes his daily schedule to be respected, and his sleep or recovery is very important to him to keep him at a high level as a football player.

Ronaldo was promoting Whoop, as he has become a global ambassador and investor. Ronaldo had many fans on his live broadcast on Instagram, and when he talked about managing his sleep, he revealed why he doesn’t like to talk on the phone after 10 pm. CR7 said, “One important thing, I don’t speak after 10/11 o’clock. I don’t speak on the phone. I don’t like to speak in the night because of my brain. So after ten o’clock, don’t call me!”
Ronaldo has played a total of 41 matches this season with Al Nassr in all competitions. CR7 has scored 42 goals in all competitions and has provided 12 assists as well. The Portuguese striker scored in Al Nassr’s recent 3-2 win against Al Akhdoud in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo wants to win another trophy with Al Nassr this season
At the start of this season last summer, Ronaldo and Al Nassr defeated Al Hilal 2-1 in the Arab Club Champions Cup Final. The two teams will face off in the King’s Cup Final on May 31st, and the heated rivalry will determine which team will end up with more trophies this season. Al Hilal already has two since they won the Saudi Pro League title and the Saudi Super Cup.
